These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.spartisan.eu (the “Service”) and participation in SPARTISAN EXPERIENCE sessions operated by Vecherinka Kft. (the “Company”).
By using this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
02. Nature of the ExperienceSPARTISAN EXPERIENCE is a public sauna and thermal complex operating in a session-based format. Sessions are immersive sensory performances combining heat, steam, cold contrasts, sound, aromas, light effects, fog, rain, and other atmospheric elements.
This experience is not a medical, therapeutic, or healthcare service.
03. Bookings & PaymentsAll reservations are processed via an integrated third-party booking system operated by FareHarbor, embedded on our website via iframe.
Payment processing, booking confirmation, transaction security, and cancellation management are technically handled by FareHarbor under their own Terms and Privacy Policy.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge that additional terms of FareHarbor may apply.
A binding contract is concluded once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
04. PricingAll prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT in accordance with Hungarian law.
The Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings remain unaffected.
05. Cancellation & Right of WithdrawalUnder Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services related to specific dates or periods of performance.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to force majeure, safety concerns, or operational necessity. In such cases, participants may choose rescheduling or refund.
06. Health & SafetyBy purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition for sauna and heat exposure.
Participants with cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or other health concerns are advised to consult a physician prior to attendance.
Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
07. Code of ConductThe Company reserves the right to remove participants who violate these rules without refund.
08. Liability LimitationTo the maximum extent permitted under Hungarian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the value of the purchased ticket.
